I went "off" my diet today, sort of to celebrate the last day of the quarter, and to finally "cheat" (other than a piece of fruit before some tests). I had Indian food. All day. 4 meals worth of chicken curry and ginger chicken. I'm doing pretty good with the portion sizes - a little extra chicken since I don't want leftovers. I didn't want to go all out and binge on as much as I can jam into my stomach. I also had a beer (shouldn't have any alcohol). I stayed away from desserts - I haven't been craving them, and maybe if I don't eat them, I will continue to not crave them.
I'm really looking forward to the coming week! I'm not in school, and Aaron will be home, too! Sure, he'll be busy, but it'll just be nice to get a good chunk of quality time together since I feel like I've been so busy with school for the past 3 months.
