It's 5am, and I woke up. I should try to get back to sleep. Silly birds are making noise outside. I want to sleep for at least a few more hours, it'll be a long day. I guess sleeping until 3pm yesterday has made my body think I should sleep later. It's a conspiracy. Although I'd like to wake up this morning and go for a long bike ride, I'd also like to sleep for a few more hours. I'm tired. Not sure why I woke up. Was just a little bit hot, I think. I don't want to try to take a melatonin, since it's too early. I guess I'll just lie back down in bed and see what happens.
