Ok.. Brix was again 6 today. So, I took the wine degasser thingie, and used it with the drill. I added the potassium metabisulufite and potassium sorbate. Then I added a can of welch's concentrated grappie juice, the finishing agent and some water to fill it up. The final Brix was 7. It should all be dying and the grappie juice should just add a little sweetness, but who knows. I could have screwed something up. Anyhow.. 2+ weeks and I can bottle. =)

Final final brix is still 7.. I think I'll bottle it today.. It is clear, with a few floaties. I'm gunna filter it while siphoning it to the bottling thingie. Tastes kinda weak. And a bit sour. Not sure about it, yet. But, I've only got 6 bottles of the stuff to drink, so I should be fine.

Ok. I bottled the wine. I put some into the bag till it was full (it was at the 4 gallon mark after I was done). Then I made about 20 bottles of wine. I used the filter thing which I think was good idea, but there still seems to be some sediment! We'll see.. Leave the bottles upright for 3 days, then tilt them onto their sides. It has something to do with either sediment or letting the corks do their thing.

The corker thing is crazy.. it squishes the cork so it'll fit into the wine bottle.. then jams it in. Mine don't quite go to the bottom tho.

Brix was 7 earlier (as it was after I added everything 2 weeks ago).
